Copilot Academy is structured as a continuous learning system. Sessions are progressive & if someone misses one, it comes back around. If something doesn't stick the first time, it gets reinforced. That's how adoption actually happens.

Most providers run a single workshop and move on. Copilot Academy is a progressive, recurring learning system & sessions repeat on your team's schedule. Our instructors will revisit what didn't stick and help you build habits over time. Your team also gets digital credentials, session recordings, audio recaps, quizzes, printable guides, and access to an ongoing community of learners. Most trainers offer none of that.
Not for Phase 1. The "AI For All" stream covers prompt engineering and Copilot Chat features available to anyone with a Microsoft 365 subscription & no add-on licence required. Phase 2 ("Frontier Foundations") as well as our workshops focus on premium Microsoft 365 Copilot features that require a Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription.
Yes. Our 60-minute workshops can be tailored to specific departments: Finance & Accounting, HR & People Ops, Operations & Project Managers, Sales & Business Development, and Managers & Leadership. We also offer enrichment workshops on topics like Creativity with Copilot, Copilot on the Go (mobile), Smarter SharePoint Sites, and Designing Your Own Agents.
Yes. We offer dedicated virtual webinars, in-person sessions at our training facilities in our Winnipeg headquarters, or in-person sessions at your location.
Up to 25 participants per cohort. Need to train more? We run multiple cohorts to blanket your organization with training.
Copilot Academy focuses on AI literacy, prompt engineering, and Microsoft 365 Copilot learning. Microsoft 365 Academy focuses on the foundational collaboration and productivity tools in Microsoft 365 & no Copilot licence required to find value there.
