Exchange Technology Services providesgroceries and general household goods to its customers which may require theprocessing of customer data containing Personal Information for the purpose offacilitating agreed services. This information is under the ownership andcontrol of Exchange Technology Services’s customers. Exchange TechnologyServices will process customer data containing Personal Information inaccordance with agreed services but is not responsible for the contents of thedata or the manner in which the customer collects or controls this data.
Exchange Technology Services collects basicPersonal Information from employment applicants to allow the appropriate reviewand evaluation of applicants. Exchange Technology Services will collect andstore background check information including criminal record, employmentreferences and management interviews for employees prior to the commencement oftheir employment. Personal Information is also collected for internal staff inthe ordinary course of their employment.
